At the start of every season we should have a waiver draft. Here is my idea:

Anyone 23 and under are exempt.
You protect 9FWDs, 5D and 2 G.
Claims go in order of priority list.
To claim a player you must remove a player from your own protection list
roster.
Draft can be X amount of rounds its up to us. I think 4 is enough.

This would help build the bad teams up.

Thoughts? Arguments?
