In addition, if a sensitivity training accompanied by behavior tech. were manditory throughout America then society would be more open to acceptance, and inclusion of disabled individuals. One of the main reasons that the unemployment rate is so high is misconceptions and sterotypes. "If you change a mans thinking you can change the man." I believe that if cognitive behavior tech. were manditory for all these misconceptions and sterotypes would vanish and America would be more inclined to inclusion. The faulty thought would be gone. In addition the consumer as well as society will do more reality testing.
