For some reason, I can't get to the summary of that installment on this board's main page. Really, it seems to be Evil!Hinoto that kills Kanoe, given all the strangling and everything; Fuuma strangling her might just be how Kamui saw the vision of it. *shrugs* No way of knowing on current knowledge, at least not from what I remember of the installment. Although it's interesting to note that, when Kakyou foreshadowed this back in volume whateveritwas, it was STILL Fuuma's shirtsleeve visible.
