I feel sorry for Subaru. CLAMP's been dragging his life story around and grounding it into a powder and crush it and make it into mold and throw it and torture it and poke it and rip it- ok you get my point.. But it's true. I mean, his love kills his sister, betrays him, goes off. He falls into some "coma", only to be awaken by his sister calling his name out as she dies. That's tragic. -_-;; Then, he gets this wish - to be killed by his love - and that doesn't get granted either, and he kills his love instead. In the anime, the last episode, you see everyone [who's not dead] all smiling, even Arashi and Fuuma, and going about in their daily lives - and who's not smiling? You got it. Subaru. His love only "confesses" [at least, we're guessing] when he's dying, and then he goes into a coma again, and now he's both the leader of the Sumeragi clan and the Sakurazuka assassin - my Lord, why doesn't CLAMP just give him a break and let him die so he can join his loved ones?! I just don't find this fair.. I think Subaru just wants to die, even though "everyone"'s wish is "To live on in each other's hearts".. I mean, come on, Seishirou's dead, even Kamui's dead, Subaru has basically nothing to live for now. Though I think he's just living because he wants Seishirou to live in his heart.. my theory ^^ I'm probably guessing the wrong thing. But I don't find this very "fair" for Subaru-kun, doesn't anyone else? @__@;
