I think that the only way Fuuma fits the description of the Sun card is if they did normal Fuuma. The one who wanted to protect Kamui. Otherwise, he is totally and completely the Judgement card.

And about Kyougo, I never said that he wasn't, um, "important" to the final battle, but he is NOT featured prominently in the manga. My point was you don't have to be featured prominently to get a card.
