Since you asked so nicely *grin*...
Subaru: got eyeball, went DoE
Kamui: trying to be a leader now, wants to save "Fuuma"
Fuuma: DoE leader, knows everyone's Wishes
Hinoto: wants Kamui to kill her
Dark /hinoto/: does NOT want Kamui to kill her
Kanoe: wanted to save her sister
Kakyou: has no hope for the future, wants to die

Nothing. It was Sei's eyeball which changed Subby into the next Sakurazukamori, and by default a DoE.

Mmm, that was Kakyou & Hinoto predicting Kanoe's death while together in the Dreamscape. It seemed like it was Fuuma's arm reaching out for Kanoe, but in the latest Asuka that is rather unclear. It could even be Arashi that killed Kanoe! @_@;;;
The Fuuma-thing would have worked better, I think, if then Hinoto was correspondingly killed by Kamui.
However, CLAMP are being sneaky so we'll have to wait & see. ^_-
