My fiancee and I are renting currently because we just moved to this hood and are waiting for our chosen home to be redecorated and furnished as we want it. We both want a family, but we're putting it off because we're renting; if we had our own home we'd be easily able to support children, but because we're renting we're worried that we can't afford it. In our hood when a child is born the bills will rise if we're still renting, but our income is likely to fall because I want to stay at home.
