I do not think that The Blaze Grey Show is still in existance. It was a a show during the TS1 time and the hood that ran it was called Lake Park, however I think they are now known as Roswell.

Perhaps you could contact them, they might have archives of the show and might be able to tell you more details. I remember appearing on the show early in my career and Blaze was a great friend of mine. The show was a wonderful showcase for international celebrities.
