Too all Aspiring Gold Diggers,

I have decided to set up an academy for people who are looking for rich Sims to marry, I will be able to take 3 Sims into my house though you will have to sure the bedroom as I have a cash flow problem at the moment with my father leaving all my money to my brother downtown and me spending all my trust fund.

I will teach students, how to attract a rich Sim, how to keep the interest going, how to make the interest to develop into love, children, Pre Nups and how to Aviod Them and managing your estate after husband's death/divorce.

At the moment I am looking for Sims in the downtown hoods from me, but I will do lessons on the chat room for 500 Simoliens a lesson if anyone is interested.
