I'm renting my house for nine months to a year with a possible option of owning at the end of the year. The home is three stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, pool and two car driveway. It is located on Ocean Drive two blocks away from the ocean. From the third floor you get great views of the ocean, downtown and the bridge. Rent is 1400 per week. The grounds are taken care of by a gardener, unless you enjoy working outside and wish to take care of it yourself.
