I'm pretty much a firm believer that a meth addict can't get clean on their own. Am I wrong? My sister could only get clean by going to rehab. But now I have just learned my brother in law was using meth last year but now is clean and over it. I have a hard time believing it after knowing all I do with my sister. Also a friend of the family has been using and says they are clean. I'm suspicious.
