Subject: helping the addict Author: susan [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 10:12:44 09/25/06 Mon seems to me a lot of addicts are adrenalin junkies, so when getting clean a lot of addicts go on antidepressants, we have found that water and some type of extreme sports helps too, it gets the endorphins in the brain going. has any one eles found this to be true? what has helped us thru this so far is, jesus, work, water, adrenalin. what has helped you thru this addiction ?
