Heather -How are you doing?
It sounds like things are moving forward for you. It's always good to hear 'ray of hope' stories.
We are trying to move ahead. Still no word from my daughter's father and still no child support $. I sent a couple emails telling him I understand if he has decided he just can't be a father to her -but please do not punish her further by not helping to pay to support her. No response. His best friend tells me that he is doing much better these days -but as far as my daughter and I are concerned -he has walked away from her life and decided he doesn't need to pay to help support her. I am in the works of trying to take him back to court. I have to prove he has money coming in somewhere to pay his two mortgages and payments on his new BMW. I am working on getting all the facts I can and then will submit to the court and pray that I get a judge who can look past his "But I don't have a job" speal and see what's really going on. Say a prayer for me and my daughter. She has been through so much with this man. I had to sit with her a couple weeks ago while she cried her little heart out about how much he has hurt her.
Keep us updated Heather! :)
