You are in my prayers.
Invite God with you to the court house on that date. ASk him for his will to be done that day and every other day.
Believe in him and let him do his work in your life. I know your daughter deserves to be supported by both parents, but let me tell you this. Whatever happens in that court room, leave knowing it is God's will and don't react on it. Go on with your life, let go of him and what he should be doing. Lord only knows all of our addicts SHOULD BE doing something different. Be patient, God is working, but you need to let him. Stand back and watch, but also live your life the best you can. Get any and all paperword filed with the state so that money will be taken from him if any is reported. Sooner or later it will have to be reported. WHEN? who knows but you don't have the time to mess with him forever. You have done your part. After this court date, try forgetting about him all together and go on with your life. Yes I am rambling, but I just want to tell you that you will feel much peace that way. If you need more money, pray to God for your finances.
I filed child support papers on my oldest sons dad years ago and every so often I get small checks. That is better than nothing, but the peace in my house and in my heart is most important. File and let it go. Do the best you can do on your own.
Heather
