I was looking for some opinions... What constitutes an addict? My husband says he's not. However, I have caught him using repeatedly over the last 4 years. I didn't know much at the time. I've heard every excuse as to why. Yet, he keeps a job, and no-one else has noticed a difference in him (other than fluctuating weight-loss). He lies, hides things, has anger issues, and is verbally and emotionally abusive. Now that I am educated somewhat on the drug, he goes above and beyond to be convincing. 2 hair follicle tests in 7 months. The numbers were 23,000 and 16,000. This is after the 3 previous years of me finding substance, razor blades, straws, ect. on several occasions. Is it possible for it to be going on for years (probably more than I realize)and him not be an addict? This probably sounds like a stupid question, but I'm so confused...
Thanks
