Story of a blonde's life.....ok kidding.

Ok Saturday the mail man handed me papers to sign for - yes papers that Spencer filled out and will get a return receipt with my signature on. But guess what - he never filed them at the court - no stamp from the court.
So I go today to file my second set of papers - default papers, and the lady at the window says that he never filed anything and after she stamps the papers he will not be allowed to. But a letter with the court date and time will be sent to him. huh? I was told he wouldn't be invited to the court date. Maybe she doesn't know much about that?? Anyways, I think he sent me those papers just to get a return receipt for 'show' to Bernie so he can continue to look like he is doing the right things while he is living his secret life behind everyones back. I am hiring an attorney so that an attorney can suponeau records I know I need and have no legal access to.
I don't know if anyone here has ever dealt with this but I spoke to my sister about it - Things that I know about him and stuff that I can bring to court keep popping up in my mind here and there. It's like I had forgotten about them and suprisingly get little glimpses of memories. Is this normal? I feel like he brainwashed me and now I am coming out of it.
Let me know what you think about all of this and why he will be invited now or if maybe she doesn't know what she is talking about.

Thanks,
Heather
