 All I had to say to get the restraining order started was I fear for our well-being. To the judge when he approves the restraining order, I would think all you would have to say is he is a meth addict, you are starting divorce proceedings, you feel you are being harassed by him, and you are afraid of what he is capable of doing to you and your family.

I didn't know mine was a meth addict when I got the restraining order during my first pregnancy. I did know that he had a mental illness and tended to get violent...that's all it took for the judge to sign away!
