Hello all again. I have not posted in so long because I am still whirling from recent events. Long story short I am reallly stuck and could use some advice from people who have been in my shoes. My brother is a very heavy meth and coke user and was arrested 48 days ago in another state and was facing 9 fel. and 3 misdem, and 2 counts of conspiracy. He went to court recently and had a plea agreement of 1 fell. for time served so when he goes to court next week he will be released and he has had his probation switched to Wisconsin.He really wants to come back here for his probation period of 18 months. He keeps going back and forth on the issue of rehab and he wants to come stay with me and my husband and 2 children. What would you honestly do? He has obviously been clean for 48 days now but he has also been trying his hardest to get somebody to get him out on bail. Nobody would help him because the family agreed he needed to stay in jail and get cleaned up somewhat. It really was the best place for him. Anyhow, he has no job, car, apartment or money. I am really scared to bring the problem here but on the other hand I love him and I want to beleive he wants to try to stay clean. He has nowhere to go out there and nowhere to stay but with all of his old buddies that I know he should not be around right now. I don't want to enable him but I definately don't want to turn my back on him. Do we let him come with strcit rules? Do we say no? I am so uncertain...please help with some experience....................Thanks!
