WOw, that's a tough one. If you let him come there under strict rules, you are in for alot of responsibility. can you deal with that stress? Is there a mens home he can go to? If he is serious about staying clean, he will find his way whether at your house or a mens home. The decision is up to you, but if he crosses your boundaries, I would suggest sticking to the consequences you set up for him.
Have a plan and stick to it.
