Subject: Resources for legal help w/child visitation issues?? Author: Shelly [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 13:49:46 07/18/06 Tue I am pretty confident my daughters father is using again. He hasn't asked to see her in over 4 weeks. I have sole custody since he did not even enter her life until a couple of years ago -though he has always paid child support. Do I need to do anything legally to keep him from her until he enters rehab and will drug test? I am afraid he will start calling and asking to see her again and if I simply say 'no' he will through a fit and make our lives hell as he can easily do and does well. I don't have the money to hire an attorney. What are my options? P.S. My daughter does not know about his drug use and I would rather her not know until she is old enough to absorb it (she's 12 and just met her dad 2 yrs ago). Thank you for any advise.
