 An evaluation is to go over his drug use- drug of choice, etc....then they decide what sort of treatment is best for him. I don't know why, but when they do an eval for a meth user, they usually don't put them in to a center. It is usually a Mon-Sat class for 3 hours a day and one family evening. I am sure it varies from place to place but this is my knowledge.
