This is unbelievable what the judges, CPS people and court systems have control over!! I feel for you. You must be frustrated as hell! Our system in America has failed us. I see this same situation more and more. Who is here to protect our innocent children if not our court sytems? All I can do is to encourage you to NEVER give up and keep pushing for justice for your granddaughter. All of you grandparents out there raising their grandkids do to this drug, need to be commended. You really don't get enough credit and support then what you deserve. Where is the justice in this world anyways? Keep loving your grandkids every day and thank God they are going to have a different life because of YOU...... My neice Casie and I have begun to mourn for her Mom (my sister, who is the meth addict) already because the old person we new and grew up with is gone already. It's hard because some of my friends are seeing her our community picking up cans and driving her beat up car with no registration, driver's license,or insurance. We call the police and tell them her location everytime I get a call from a friend who has seen her, but the local police don't really care. We don't want her on the road because she could be dangerous to others out there!!! The law is definetly backwards isn't it? Take care, Ouida
