You know that is the way it is with my daughter. We are in the process of adopting her daughter and she is blaming us for everything. I like what you said about the mindframe of continuing to use, I agree totally. Until they can admit that they have hurt alot of people and can take responsibility for their actions I believe that they will go back to the drug. When they are totally humble that's when you know they are ready to clean up. My daughter has hurt us in so many ways and now she is blaming us for taking her daughter from her, saying that we have wanted the baby all along even before she was born....yeah right...my youngest is 13 almost 14....the idea of starting all over again is not at the top of my list...we did have plans for retirement now the plans will be put on hold for another 15 years.
