Learn to say NO. it should be your favorite word when dealing with METH. It sounds like one of those commercials that get laughed at or people sit in silence but it means something and it is the smartest way to start. Think of what you could do for YOU that would make you happy. And then work at the goal. Whether it be to get a certain hair cut to buying a nice pair of shoes, to going to the dentist, to going on that cruise you always wanted. ANYTHING and EVERYHTHING and keep reaching for them. It works and the happier you feel about you and your surroundings - maybe it will be easier to stop and keep your mind on being happy.

Just advice.
Good luck and don't give up. Try to learn something new everyday, anything. Life is a learning process and the best lesson you can learn is all the positive things about you - learn them and improve them daily.
