Yes he is using again, if I were you I would go have myself tested if he was using a needle. Do you really think he will come to you this time? Sounds to me like you have at least three hours to get yourself out of the house before he notices you gone. If he was asking for help it would be one thing, but he's not. So why put yourself and your kids thru this.
