I know what you are going through big time. While my wife is currently clean, (almost a year and I really think so this time) and we are together, it is still a tough thing. I mean things are peaceful in the house but the love or the being in love really isn't there. There is a lot of damage that has been done.
I think your hesitance on the divorce is partly due to holding on. I held on after the divorce! I wouldn't worry about the judge giving him visitation if he is using. I am sure you can make hair follicle testing a requirement if he has a history of using. But let that be and don't worry about that until the time comes. You sound like you are on the right track for your life. God bless you Heather and I wish you the best.
