Hi.

I don't think that what you are experiencing is supernatuaral in any way but more whats called "sleep paralysis" People experience this either e.g during the night or morning when they wake, or just anytime in the day when you close your eyes. you wake up but are paralized a throughout your body and cannot even open your eyes or talk. For people that do or don't know what they are experiencing it is a very scary ordeal. Any voices you hear are probably your own. Your brain is telling your body to wake up - not to die - not to let go.
