I can see how this is bothering you and to be honest dont have a clue what it is
i would think that there could be something trying to posess you or you are reliving an entities death or life experience
the best thing to do is imagine being surrounded by a blindingly bright light
start from dim and work it up so that you feel warm by the engulfing light
