Hi. I know also, how u must feel. It happens the same thing with me, but without any voices; I can feel and see the spirit. I can't move, breath, my body inside feels so cold and the only way I make him leave is with my prayer.I have to say my prayer loud and many, many times. If I stop I just know I'll die. It happend to me like 3 times now and only when I am alone. It is not a good spirit, I can feel. So i've called also my priest to send away the spirits from my house, and for a while the spirit stopped visiting me.
I hope he will not come again.
