Another experience similar.....

I was trying a OBE at the age of 15 (some years ago) after reading a book my mother had from the library. I relaxed totally ,with no light in the room and thought of 'lifting' myself from my body as the book said.
Then, a woman shouted a whisper (if that could be done) next to my ear and i 'froze'. I was paralysed, and a warm line passed from my head downwards to my feet and back again to my head in about 5 seconds. Very scary stuff at the time.

Also, the bed used to shake and did so while i was looking at it. This happened to my brother as well in the same bed.

I think it was the house and maybe my age which brought these experiences on (cant be specific). I did mess around with the ouija board at that time as well which i do not recommend to the curious.

I have had sleep paralysis recently and so has a close friend. It is scary but it doesnt last long (5 minutes at most). No voices heard though. Thats all, my paranormal experiences. Im glad forums like this exist, to share comments, i just hope there is integrity in every post.
