Hi Brian, sounds almost like a dream state, not being able to move and all. Does this happen at one location or anywhere you choose to rest or sleep? What you need to realise is that this fearful phenomena has not harmed you physically,you must learn to control your fear, especially if it is an attempt by forces to exploit the fear of the unknown, you must develop the will and determination to be unafraid and listen to what is being said, know your "enemy" as your "enemy" obviously knows human nature very well, well enough to exploit inherent fears.
