To be honest this sounds like a combination of things, firstly it sounds like a form of Astral projecting or at least the first stages of it i.e sinking feeling, feeling like u cannot move. The voices are more than likely your spiritual guides trying to contact u, the best thing to do is to see your self covered in white light and tell the voices to stop. I would suggest u seek a psychic healer who might be able to clear you - a gp might just put u on medication, not good, any way good luck and remember your not the only one.
