Hello Brian
it looks to me that you are having visitations from sprits, there are 3 feeding from your energy one at youre feet. chest and head. you are unwitingly leting them feed from your energy. you expect the visits each time you go to bed which opens a channel to them. as this is classed by spirit as acceptance.

My advice would be if possable to change rooms firstly if practical, if you get this feeling coming over you sit up and ask the spirits what they want. if this dosnt deter the spirits ask for your spiritual guide (you dont need to understand who this is)he or she will help you by moving the spirits on. if that dosnt help dont hesitate to contact me for more help
