Okay..I know this may sound really freaky to some people but...it sounds to me like you're having an o.b.e. out of body experience. The thing you described about being paralyzed and the "sucking" feeling are the exact "symptoms" if you'll call them that, of this. The voices could in fact be spirits but you just couldn't hear them when you were in your "normal" state. You can hear them once you're on the astral level because that's where spirits dwell. I'm not an expert or anything...I'm just going by what I've learned over the years. Good luck...
