The wolfess continued to move back, away from the crippled one as strands of crimson began to run down her pelt in various places. Eyes were tightly shut, head still snapping madly for her attackers. She seemed to be engulfed in a dense cloud of ebon feathers as she was pecked upon and driven back.

Fluttering to a land upon Brechin's shoulder, Graz clicked his beak, watching his swarming legacy as they subdued the beast.

Finally, some minutes later, the brute fell to the ground a few yards away from the rest of the pack. Head was covered by her forelegs against the ravens, tail carefully covering her vitals. Crimson seeped into to the snow around her, an innumerable amount of wounds hidden by her fur. Body was tense as the birds continued their work untill suddenly the wolfess went calm.
Chaos melted from her mentality as she seemed to go unconcious[sp?] for a minute. The birds stopped all actions, moving back to the trees as if nothing had ever happened. Slowly, ambers opened up again, paws moving from her face as Letha looked at the scene. She could smell the blood in the air and taste it in her mouth.
Shakingly, she rose to her bleeding legs, eyes slightly widened at the horror of what had happened while she was 'away.' Optics moved from varioius pack members, lingering upon the poor SwItCh and settling finally upon Brechin and Graz. Her mind was blank in a mass of confused and jumbled thoughts, trying to fit pieces together and finally being unable to reconstruct whatever had happened.
She didn't say a single word, remaining silent in her state of lost confusion. With the ravens quiet in the trees and the killer no longer growling, an eerie, akward silence decended upon them. She didn't have to see the eyes to know they were looking upon her.
