 The male Varg's ears flattened back and a cut appeared on his muzzle and there was a tear in his ear. But he paid no heed. He set himself apart from this demon, and watched it intently. He figured all along that by killing this monster would cause the death of Letha as well. Which was why he had not gone strait for the throat, where life trickles so so dangerously close to the surface of the world. His now cold eyes traveled to the ledge as the other spoke. For a moment in his mind flashed the sickening idea that the wolf, in its insanity, would cast itself over in an attempt to destroy Letha. But the thought was heasitated. It seemed, from what he knew, that this wolf was one who saught power. Why would it bother to take Letha's life and simply kill it when it could use it as its own?

"What is your game, Varg? Why are you doing this?" he asked coldly.
