Yes; with enough of "carpetbagger" liberal New Yorkers coming into your state to skew your electorial process, what else do you expect. They vote for Hillary in New York, retire from their positions and take up residence in Vermont.
Leahy, an obstructionist for at least one year or so when his party was a "majority" thanks to Jumpin Jim Jeffords. He (Leahy) obstructed judicial nominees to the federal bench leaving quite a hole to be filled in judicial appointments.
With the case of Jeffords, we want to kidnap him and enter him into the Calavaras County frog jumpin contest this spring. I bet he can jump the highest. Calavaras County is located in the Sierra Foothills of the San Joaquin Valley in California. Jeffords would make a perfect frog or toad. (joke)
