Have you had the dog to a vet? Does your dog smell like Rancid butter? This is a secondary yeast infection from a skin problem that can be remedied by washing your dog with Nizoral Shampoo that you can buy at the chemist. I suggest you give the dog a bath a couple of times a week and see if there is a difference. Regardless, there is an underlying problem for the dogs skin to be stressed that the infection occurs. I would suggest you take your dog to a vet and see what they say if you haven't already. Diet plays a HUGE part in the health of your dogs skin...what are you feeding? Is this a seasonal problem or ongoing?
