Hamburger Helper. Oh yeah.
Also, Pasta Bake. The recipe can be found here. Actually, you might wanna scroll through that blog. There's lots of good stuff on it.
Also, super easy just to put a frozen chicken breast in a pan, put a lid on it, and cook it on a low temperature really slowly. As it gets done, sprinkle whatever seasonings on it you like, and you're done. Really low maintenance meal.
But definitely cold cereal, Cup of Noodle soup, Campbell's chunky soups (Sirloin Burger is my favorite), and really cheap Spaghettios.

I also lived (still do!) on yogurt and granola bars, so every couple of weeks I'd replenish my supply of those, milk, and cereal. I'd buy bread and sandwich stuff (PB and J, bologna, whatever), but I'd eat it really slowly so if you're like me, it's a good idea to keep it in the freezer and just take out what you need. It keeps forever that way. I did the same thing with margarine. Oh! Stove Top Stuffing is also a good, quick thing to have on hand, as well as some of those instant mashed potatoes from Betty Crocker. Really pretty good, and they come in lots of flavors.
