No I understand the point and agree with it from a legality standpoint. However with anime, they sell the DISTRIBUTION rights. Given, that does include making changes for a domestic release, but I honestly don't think many creators know what goes on or rather...care to sadly.

Robotech? Well...it'd hard for me to have an un-biased and logical argument to this since...I hate Robotech. I love Macross, but Robotech sucks donkey balls. As for the person who put them all together and butchered it (in edits and even changing the story), he is far from a creator. If anything I *disrespect* this person for all the changes they made.
