Add the following as sub-clause (8) to Clause 3 of the General Conditions of Contract: -

“ Notwithstanding anything elsewhere stated in these Conditions, the Contract Documents shall consist of : -

a) Articles of Agreement , General Conditions and
Supplementary Conditions of Contract.

b) Letter of Inlet and any relevant correspondence between the contracting parties prior to the acceptance of Tender.

c) Condition of Tender

d) Form of Tender.

e) Specifications of General and Particular and all Appendices.

f) Contract Drawings.

g) Summary of Tender.

h) Scope of Work

i) Schedule of Work

j) Preliminaries.

k) Surety Bond.

Clause 3(2)(b) of the Conditions of Contract is hereby deleted

It is expressly agreed that sub-clause 4(1) of the General Conditions of Contract is deleted and replaced the following: -

4(1 ) a) The Main Contractor shall comply with and give all
notices required by any Act or Ordinance of Government, any instrument, rule or order made under any Act or Ordinance of Government , or any regulation or bylaw of any local authority or of any statutory undertaker which has any jurisdiction with regard to the Works or wit whose system the same are or will be connected (all requirements to be so complied with being referred to in these Conditions as “ the statutory requirement").
