Priss' opponent staggered, secondary explosions racking his armor as his ammunition began to go off--finally exploding with a defaning blast and bright flash that lit the night sky even further, throin gthose nearby back a couple lards an leaving a mini-mushroom cloud in its wake.

Eugene was eating it up. Never mind the fact that he'd just managed to lose half his force in less than twenty minutes, at the hands of less than twenty people...

"Milord....our forces eport that then enemy is attempting to retread. Considerig our loses, should we not pull back as well. We've accomplished our mission--"

"Hardly," said the notoriously unpredictible and high-strung Eugene, as he rehosltered his weapon. (Maybe his parents really were first cousins...). He then gsaaave new orders to his surviving forces.

The other suits seemed to retreat as well--but i realitl they were merely pulling back, then racing ahead on either side of the group in order to cut off their retreat. Waitig for them were about 10 troups, survivors of the infantry units who'd fled and regrouped to the south. Then, while these "rebels" tried to fight their way through, the cruiser wouls sweep in behind them and seal the trap...
