Subject: Tom , please tell us who Noel's shepherd was

Tom, you shrugged and asked for a name when I said that even a JA had admitted to me that it was now felt that the JA would have received less criticism if Noel had been covered. You seemed to think that the JA either hadn't said it or that I had made the JA member up? Do you mean that you think the claim is wrong?

If so, who are you saying has been Noel's shepherd all these years

(new thread started because the other one this was raised on was unmanageably long)
