It is all about you. It is about everyone of us! And it must be understood.

During the journey and during practice, there will be expansion and contraction. After expanding into light and bliss, there will be a contraction. It is incorrect to think that it is ego doing this. It may be the ego thinking it is responsible though (the thoughtless point needs to be realized). Mind likes joy more and there is a bias, but it happens when it happens.

Kabir described it:

"Between the poles of conscious and the unconscious, there the mind made a swing.

Thereon hang all beings and all worlds, and that swing never ceases its sway.

Millions of ages pass, and the swing goes on.

All swing! the sky and the earth and the air and the water; and the Lord Himself taking form:

And the sight of this has made Kabir a servent."



Now, Kabir says "the Lord himself taking form"!

Lahiri Mahashay stated-"the living being is just a pretext".


Bhupendranath Sanyal said,"How this world manifests from the mind and how it submerges by the meditating chitta into the most subtle form of atma has to be understood to understand the worship of the eternal. The formless and the one with form are not separated from each other, they both interact and change from one to the other.


These teachings are so profound!
