The problem is that there is really no such thing as "Kriya Yoga". It is an artificial construct. It is an amalgam and cherrypicking from among the literally hundreds and hundreds of meditation techniques, asanas, mudras, bandhas, pranayamas, etc. found in the scriptures and timeless practices of Hinduism's sects, i.e. Patanjali's Yoga Darshana, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shaivism, Tantra, etc. etc. etc. Nobody has "the whole kriya", "the authentic kriya", "the original kriya" because there is no such thing. Who really knows exactly what Babaji taught to Lahiri Mahasaya? Which ones of the hundreds of asanas, mudras, bandhas, pranayamas, etc. did he teach him? And we hear Lahiri Mahasaya taught each disciple something different. Each teacher apparently puts together a cookbook of his favorite techniques and calls that Kriya Yoga. Nobody owns it, it would be like trying to own truth, or the air, or the sunshine. Therefore IMO the search for the "authentic Kriya" is futile. You might as well go trying to find Babaji in the Himalayas.
