Since you are using a center of stance ball position you should tee the ball so that it's middle is centered in the upper half of the clubface.

However, you can certainly experiment to find the perfect tee height for you

Thanks Dave, we're having somewhat of a heat wave here in southern MN...45 degrees (above zero), so I might be able to get out and give the new driver a try this afternoon.
