James,

We are the only golf club manufacturer to perform shaft flex plane orientation in the shafting process. If a golf club is shafted without regard to its inherent flex plane the shaft will try and rotate around its axis to a position of stability during the swing which creates an oscillation of the shaft and club-head. This oscillation results in the club-head literally wobbling through impact. When the shaft is correctly oriented in respect to its inherent flex plane it will resist twisting to any other position when placed under load and will remain stable through impact. It is as if the club-head is riding on rails through the impact zone.

Our method differs from the SST Puring method and, in our opinion, produces superior results.

James: The 1-Irons are the most accurate clubs out there! I've been playing them for quite a while now, and I'm always amazed by the fact that, even on toe or heel mis-hits, they still go where you aimed them! My golfing buddies call me "Mr. Boring" because I'm always in the short grass....no trees, no water, no "Army" golf! The clubs are extremely well designed, engineered and actually play much, much better than my old set of graphite-shafted clubs. No vibration, no sore hands, very solid contact and nice distance, too! I attribute these virtues to the "shaft flex plane orientation" that Mr Lake refers to. Give 'em a try, I think you'll really like 'em! R2
