I certainly don't want to overburden you with info. More information will not help you. Doing the motion properly and seeing the results will be your only cure. Information overload will only hurt you.

However if you watch this video clip from the first you will get several views of AK's swing, which many tour players envy.

Pay particular attention to 4:17 through 5:28 on the video timer. This is the segment that will provide some light on the no sway shoulders/hips swing.

Had a range session today with my 5 wood and the driver. There was improvement with the 5 wood, but I think it's going to take one or two more sessions with it for it to become as reliable as the 7 wood. The driver is about an inch and a half shorter than my current driver. I hit a few really good, straight shots with it, and look forward to the day when they all look like that. Thanks for the encouragement!
