David, Thank you very much. Does this ball position, setup and swing produce optimum angle of attack for driver, fairways and irons?

Yes it does. What most amateur golfers do not realize is that fairway woods should be hit with a slightly descending blow, not simply sweeping the ball from the turf (hitting down makes the ball go up). The driver should be hit squarely and not on the upswing past the center of the stance.
