Subject: new driver and fairway woods

I recently got new 1iron driver and fairway metals. I think they are a good improvement on the previous already very good clubs.
I recently read Ben Hogans five lessons book. I would say that this book is an excellent read and explains in simple terms the basics of the golf swing. It is around 100 small pages and very easy to read. I think it has improved my golf more than all the golf lessons I have had in my time playing golf. I think you can have the best golf clubs but you still have to work on your swing. I am not saying to stop getting golf lessons. I believe this book is a very good addition for anyone who wants to improve their golf swing.

Ben Hogan's book is an excellent read and one of the best instruction books out there for either conventional golf or single length irons.

I have derived more benefit from this book than all the lessons I have had over the years.
